Concept paper

I have spent over ten years identifying the right way to map future career potential in an individual. I underwent 50 psychometric tests to understand my best career path and trajectory. I have done some exciting career transitions and experiments to understand how best one can know the self and embrace a career that can become the abode of happiness.
I pursued Medicine not because I always wanted to be a doctor. I followed it simply because nobody guided me right after my 12th standard exams with 94% marks. My parents were in the same field, and I always thought that is the only way to a successful life. Fortunately, over time Medicine was interesting, and I slowly and steadily made my way through a long career of 15 years quite happily and successfully.
I smile when people introduce me in workshops as the person who bagged the most gold medals in UG & PG. I smile not for the hard work that I put in but because I excelled in the field that was accidentally chosen.
I did stroke neurology from Canada and subsequently worked as a stroke neurologist in 5 continents. Worked with UNNCD, Geneva. Also, worked in interiors of central Africa, serving the people of Congo. Pursued my dream career of administration after doing an MBA from the University of Cambridge. All these transitions made me who I am today. I learned the Neethling brain instrument and Hermann tool for brain dominance and practiced for eight years with the Neethling tool. I interviewed over 1K students and established a research protocol to understand how brain design can help students identify the best career choices—developed careerpik, the first-ever AI tool to determine and match career preferences in star rating or order of priorities based on the brain design evaluation. One can pursue all careers as a potential possibility but choosing that one career where you strike the right chord which is necessary to sustain happiness and embrace success.
The prefrontal lobes, which are the decision-makers for one's life, are still undergoing myelination, and young teenagers cannot possibly decide a path, mainly when choices are abundant.
My passion for handholding them and leading them to the right choice led me to discover the MBD.     In short, living in the 21st century with multiple career choices, picking one can be daunting. I want to simplify that through MBD.

     Career Indices

I used the basic science from brain dominance and helped craft the right questions for teenagers to determine their brain preferences. These answers then are extrapolated into various career indices and careerpik choices.

Each of the indexes is essentially determining and helping in identifying the correct career path. The various indices are validated and scientifically constructed to provide test-retest reliability and construct validity. The various indices derived are the Career stability index, team collaboration index, leadership index, gig working capability index, 21st-century agility index. The details of these indices are given in the next section. Each index is tailored to understand the role that one's career choice can play in determining the student's lifestyle and future potential path.

    About: Mybraindesign

The tool is a self-assessment questionnaire that is intelligently integrated to derive the information which can map the career indices –
The child must answer the questions posed in the most honest possible way. There are no direct questions or measures pertaining to  IQ or EQ of the child. Currently, it is available only in English, while translations in multiple other languages are underway.

The evaluation and derivation happen at the back end with the proposed algorithms. Unlike traditional tools, there is no interest captured; however, that is kept as a particular point of discussion during the interaction with the MBD coach.

MBD coaches are well taught the assessment methods and the outcomes of each of the brain types, archetypes, and career path potentials. MBD training is a thorough training encompassing the tool's features, its proposed methodology, and the outcomes for each child presented through MBD.
The tool shall provide insights into common questions which a student is seeking as he or she is embarking on a career choice journey. Further to this careerpik actually highlights the possible careers in a ranked order for ease of use.
Can I do STEM better or arts?
Can I work in a particular type of job?
Can I excel in technical engineering?
Can I pursue medical science or related biosciences?
Am I cut out for finance?

     About: Careerpik
Some people say that if you make your passion your job, you will never have to work a day in your life. But others think you should build your career based on the skills you have. While some say follow your passion. As I narrated earlier, at the young tender age where one is supposed to be choosing one's career is not easy.  With so many confusing opinions about choosing a career path, it is easy to get lost.
The purpose of the Careerpik section was to integrate an artificial intelligence algorithm into the test so that it can automatically decipher the choices from the vast common careers of about 600 options. We included 600 careers in the first Careerpik version, so that common careers are all a part of it. Once you finish the test, our system evaluates all the potential examination points and triggers an automatic selection of star ratings for each career. You can filter your ratings from 5 stars which is the best-rated choice for you, to 1, which is the least chosen from our end for you. You can filter based on the stream of choice and further drill down the right career.
This tool has integrated our eight years of research into various archetypes and brain types suited to do a particular job.
The careerpik is one of a kind of tool currently which does not give a pigeonholed selection, but you have a wide variety of careers to choose from, and further, you can narrow down to the best choices by speaking to MBD coaches.

       About: The Future Spotted
Unique chemistry underlies a successful person. Yes, passion is one such element but beyond the passion lies the brain type or make, which drives the passion into a mission. Persistence in the task then drives success.
I believe one can become successful (spotted) in life provided one understands his or her best self. There is no better way than understanding how the brain functions to identify the potentials that underlie the self.
The spotted program is a special section introduced in the brain design to incorporate the success signature patterns for you. The type of university, program, country, and life design discussion awaits you here.
